General Science 8 (English Medium) (2018-19)

This is the English-medium General Science textbook for Class 8 (Grade 8) of the Punjab Curriculum and Textbook Board. The file is a digital copy of the book's pages in full colour: 172 pages holding all twelve chapters, the glossary and the index.

The twelve chapters are Human Organ Systems, Cell Division, Biotechnology, Pollutants and their Effects on Environment, Chemical Reactions, Acids, Bases/Alkalis and Salts, Force and Pressure, Measurement of Physical Quantities, Sources and Effects of Heat Energy, Lenses, Electricity, and Exploring Space. Chapters end with key points, questions (choosing the correct option, short answers and longer questions) and an extended activity.

Please note that the file starts directly with Chapter 1: it has no cover, credits page, preface or contents page. Printed pages 1 to 172 are all present and in order. The Urdu-medium General Science 8 on this site is the same book in Urdu and includes the cover, the credits and the preface. No date of printing is shown in this file; the PDF was produced in March 2018.
