General Science 6 (English Medium) (2018-19)

This is the English-medium General Science textbook for Class 6 (Grade 6) used in Punjab. The file is a digital copy of the book's pages in full colour: 129 pages holding all twelve chapters.

The chapters are Cellular Organization of Plants and Animals, Sense Organs, Photosynthesis and Respiration in Plants, Environment and Interactions, Atoms, Molecules, Mixtures and Compounds, Air, Solutions and Suspensions, Energy and Its Forms, Forces and Machines, Properties of Light, Investigating Sound, and Space and Satellites. Each chapter opens with a photograph and the student learning outcomes and uses numbered figures, activities with a list of what you will need and a procedure, and boxes headed "Do you know?" and "Point to think!". Chapters end with a chapter review, test preparation (terms, best answers, detailed questions and a concept map), science projects and computer links.

Please note that the file starts directly with Chapter 1 on printed page 3: it has no cover, title page, imprint or contents page, so the class, the authors and the date of printing are not shown in it. Printed pages 3 to 131 are all present and in order. The PDF was produced in March 2018.
