Primer-I (English) is the Punjab Curriculum and Textbook Board's English primer for the Kachi (pre-primary) class, though no class is printed inside the book. This is the board's own PDF of the full book: 64 pages, in three terms.

The first term teaches the small letters a to z, two to a page, each with two pictured words (a for ant and apple, b for ball and butterfly), with matching pages and a page on the vowels. The second term puts capital and small letters side by side and adds reading and matching pages. The third term is writing: tracing patterns, then dotted letters to trace and copy, and a class test. Nursery rhymes (Twinkle Twinkle Little Star, Jack and Jill, Humpty Dumpty, Pat-a-cake) and a box of instructions for the teacher appear through the book.

The file starts with the title and contents page; it has no separate cover and no imprint, only the board's rights notice. The PDF file was produced in April 2018.
