We read every message. The answer to your question may already be in Help & FAQ — otherwise, here is the quickest way to reach the right people.
A problem with a book
A broken or incomplete file, missing pages, the wrong book or wrong details: tap Report on the book's page. It tells our editors exactly which book you mean, and you don't need an account.
A book you can't find
Post it on the requests board. Other readers can support your request, and you are told when someone shares the book.
Copyright
If a book on ebooks.pk infringes your rights, send a copyright notice — you receive a case number and a page to follow it — or write to [email protected]. If you are the rights holder of a book shared here, you can also claim it from the Report menu on its page (I own this book — claim it) and choose how readers may use it. Our copyright policy explains both.
Your account or your uploads
Most things can be done yourself in Settings and My uploads. If you still need help, write to us from the email address of your account, so we know the account is yours.
Everything else
Questions, ideas, authors and publishers who want to share their books, partnerships and advertising: use the form below or email [email protected]. We usually reply within a few working days.
Please never send passwords, bank or card details, or copies of identity documents by email — we will never ask you for your password.
