Urdu Qawaid-o-Insha Pardazi is the Punjab Curriculum and Textbook Board's Urdu grammar and composition book for Classes 6 to 8, one volume for the three middle classes. This is the board's own PDF of the book: 156 pages in full colour, with 23 topics.

The grammar part covers particles, the noun and its kinds, the infinitive and derivatives, gender and number, the verb and its kinds, use of the dictionary, proverbs, punctuation, similar-sounding words, synonyms, antonyms, prefixes and suffixes, pronunciation and vowel marks, everyday usage and idioms, and the correction of wrong sentences. Each section gives the definition on a blackboard panel and then the kinds with examples in coloured boxes. The composition part gives the rules and samples for applications and letters, eight stories with their morals, and essays.

The author is Mrs. Shagufta Saghir Tirmizi, subject specialist at the board. Please note two faults in the PDF itself: printed page 30, the first page of the section on the infinitive, shows as an empty page, and printed page 102, a divider page, shows a black panel. No page is missing from the sequence. No date of printing is shown inside this copy; the PDF file was produced in April 2018.
