Urdu Baraye Jamaat Doum (اردو برائے جماعت دوم) is the Urdu textbook for Class 2 (Grade 2) issued by the Punjab Curriculum and Textbook Board (PCTB), Lahore. This is the board's own PDF of the full book: 168 pages, with 27 lessons and a glossary (farhang) at the end.

It opens with a long unit, Aao Parhna Seekhein, that revises the Urdu alphabet and teaches children to join letters into words. The prose lessons and poems that follow include Mera Khuda, Naat, Achha Sulook, Zam Zam ki Kahani, Quaid-e-Azam, Peepal ke Nannhay Dost, Badal, Aqwal-e-Zarreen, Watan ki Muhabbat, Eesaar, Pakistan ka Tohfa, Eidi, Allama Iqbal Hamare, Railway Station, Hamdardi, Amna ka Naya School, Samandar ki Sair, Roshni aur Hararat and Aao Mil Jul kar Rahein. Each lesson starts with a box of key words (khaas alfaaz) and is followed by an exercise (mashq) with oral questions, word-building, plurals, opposites and sentence-making.

The authors are Tahira Nasir, Sadia Seema and Sadia Adeeb and the editor is Bushra Musarrat. The book was reviewed by Surayya Khanum and Rafia Hasan and supervised by Jameel-ur-Rehman, Senior Subject Specialist (Urdu) at the board. No date of printing is shown inside this copy; the PDF file was produced in March 2018.
