Social Studies 4 is the English-medium Social Studies textbook for Class 4 (Grade 4) issued by the Punjab Curriculum and Textbook Board (PCTB), Lahore. This is the board's own PDF of the full book: 72 pages, with six chapters.

The chapters are Geography: Map and Globe Skills; History: Our Past; Geography: Our Land and its People; Government: The Way We Govern Ourselves; Economics: The Choices We Make; and Culture: The Way of Living Together. The text is illustrated with maps, photographs and diagrams.

The authors are Dr. Safdar Ali Shirazi, Dr. Akhtar Hussain Sandhu, Muhammad Hussain Ch. and Rehman Ullah Ch., and the editor is Malik Muhammad Sharif. The preface says the book is built on the learning outcomes of the 2006 curriculum and calls it the preliminary edition for the educational year 2016-17. No date of printing is shown inside this copy; the PDF file was produced in March 2018.
