Home Economics 7 is the Urdu-medium Home Economics textbook for Class 7 (Grade 7) of the Punjab Curriculum and Textbook Board, Lahore. This is the board's own PDF of the full book: 100 pages in full colour, with ten units, a glossary and a list of references.

The ten units are understanding Home Economics, food management, the preparation of food items, the family and child development, family relations, the planning of clothes, the care and protection of clothes, art and design, values and goals, and decision making. Every unit opens with a picture, its contents and the students' learning outcomes, and runs under numbered headings with English terms in brackets, "Did you know?" boxes and colour photographs. Units end with exercises (blanks, marking the correct statement, short and detailed answers) and a box of practical work.

The author and editor is Mrs. Ayesha Adnan, and the review committee members are Mrs. Tahira Arshad, Mrs. Rubina Mubashir and Dr. Farzana Kishwar. It is a different book from the older English-medium Home Economics 7, which has twelve chapters in three sections. The imprint lines for publisher, date, edition and price are left blank in this copy; the PDF file was produced in March 2018. No page is missing.
