About this book

Primer-II Riyazi, the Punjab Curriculum and Textbook Board's Urdu-medium Mathematics primer for the Kachi (pre-primary) class: numbers to 50, shapes, order and comparison in three terms, complete in 48 pages.

Primer-II (Riyazi, پرائمر-II ریاضی) is the Punjab Curriculum and Textbook Board's Mathematics primer for the Kachi (pre-primary) class, written in Urdu. No class is printed inside the book. This is the board's own PDF of the full book: 48 pages, in three terms.

The first term introduces the numbers 1 to 10, one page each, with objects to count and dotted numerals to join. The second term covers the numbers 0 to 20, big and small, and the shapes: circle, square, triangle, oval and rectangle. The third term has patterns, long and short, which number comes before and after, more and less, the ordinals first, second and third, and writing the numbers up to 50. Counting rhymes, class tests and a box of instructions for the teacher appear through the book.

The credits name Muhammad Akhtar Shirani and Madiha Mehmood as supervisors and Ayesha Waheed as artist. The file starts with the title and contents page; it has no separate cover and no imprint. The PDF file was produced in April 2018.
