Surah Al-Ghashiyah

Surah Al-Ghashiyah (سورة الغاشية, "The Overwhelming Event") is the 88th surah of the Holy Quran. It has 26 ayahs and was revealed in Makkah.

It contrasts the downcast faces of that Day with the joyful ones in a lofty garden, then asks people to look at the camel, the sky, the mountains and the earth. The Prophet is told that his task is only to remind.

This PDF gives the Arabic text of the surah only, without translation, in the large, clear Indo-Pak script that readers in Pakistan are used to, with ayah numbers and ruku marks. It has 2 pages and can be read online or downloaded for recitation and memorisation.
