About this book

Surah Al-Asr (Time), the 103rd surah of the Holy Quran: 3 ayahs, revealed in Makkah. Arabic text in clear Indo-Pak script.

Surah Al-Asr (سورة العصر, "Time") is the 103rd surah of the Holy Quran. It has 3 ayahs and was revealed in Makkah.

In three short ayahs it swears by time that mankind is in loss, except those who believe, do good deeds, and urge one another to truth and to patience. It is one of the first surahs children memorise.

This PDF gives the Arabic text of the surah only, without translation, in the large, clear Indo-Pak script that readers in Pakistan are used to, with ayah numbers and ruku marks. It has 1 page and can be read online or downloaded for recitation and memorisation.
