Surah Al-Maarij

Surah Al-Maarij (سورة المعارج, "The Ascending Stairways") is the 70th surah of the Holy Quran. It has 44 ayahs and was revealed in Makkah.

It describes a Day whose measure is fifty thousand years, and says that man was created impatient, fretful when harm touches him and grudging when good comes, except those who are constant in prayer, give the needy their due and keep their trusts.

This PDF gives the Arabic text of the surah only, without translation, in the large, clear Indo-Pak script that readers in Pakistan are used to, with ayah numbers and ruku marks. It has 4 pages and can be read online or downloaded for recitation and memorisation.
