Pakistan Medical & Dental Council

Sets the MDCAT syllabus, pattern, pass marks and date, and registers doctors and dentists. The MDCAT itself is conducted in each province or region by a university the government nominates (UHS in Punjab, Sukkur IBA’s STS in Sindh, KMU in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, BUMHS in Balochistan, SZABMU for Islamabad, AJK and Gilgit-Baltistan).
