School Education Department, Gilgit-Baltistan

محکمہ تعلیم گلگت بلتستان

Gilgit-Baltistan has no intermediate and secondary board of its own: government schools sit FBISE’s SSC and HSSC examinations (since 2018), the Karakoram International University Examination Board examines the schools it registers, and AKU-EB examines others. The Grade 5 and Grade 8 examinations are held by the Board of Elementary Examination GB (BEEGB).
